As a young boy he was considered gifted because of his high learning capacity. Prince Edem achieved in academic excellence all threw out school allowing him to graduate at the age of 16. During the course of his teenage years he did get sidetracked. He began to want the American dream, Money, Power, Respect, and a lot of women. Following this dream, he gained a new perception of life. He felt the reason we work hard in life is to make money. So he dropped out of West la College and pursued music. With that in mind, he began hustling everything, from cell phones to candy. At the age of 16 he was making more money then the average teenager. He wanted the world to know what was going on in his life so he began to tell it through his music. As a young man, Prince Royale always loved to floss and he felt music was another way of doing so. So with the assistance of S-MOB, president of Subliminal Records, he recorded his first song. That paved the road to a beginning a young black scholar would never forget. At the age of 17, Prince Royale had a collection of about 3 albums. Now partners with G-fly, currently known as the Aviator, he started taking over the inner city show game. He also studied film production and development from the age of 16 with (ROP) Regional Occupational Program and with the Art Institute of California. He currently directs and edits all his own music videos. He than began working with 417 entertainment, where he helped set up show cases in the West Hollywood area and in Culver City. That allowed him to learn the business aspect of the music industry, from entertainment marketing to artist-development. At the age of 18, Prince Royale was managing, directing, producing, marketing, promoting ohter companies, promoting his self as an artist and various artist and producers across Los Angeles. Now at the age of 28, he has fully launched his clothing line Bossgang Clothing, his film company, Bossgang films, and his entertainment company, Bossgang Music Group.
