Noncommercial License - $250

Client acquires  instrumental and a one year non commercial license.

You may not exercise any of the rights granted to You in Commercial License 1-3 /   Commercial Exclusive Ownership License 1 & 2 in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or private monetary compensation.

 

Commercial License 1 - $350

Client acquires  instrumental and a one year commercial license

Producer shall publish recording and distribute through ITunes, Amazon.com, Google Play Tidal , Spotify, Dre Beats 

Producer shall Retain 75 % of mechanical royalty.

Client shall be paid 25%  mechanical royalty.

 

Commercial License  2- $1000

Client acquires  instrumental and a two year commercial license

Producer shall publish recording and distribute through ITunes, Amazon.com, Google Play Tidal , Spotify, Dre Beats.

Producer shall Retain 50 % of mechanical royalty.

Client shall be paid 50 %  mechanical royalty.

 

 

Commercial License  3 - $2000

Client acquires  instrumental and a two year commercial license

Producer / client shall publish recording and distribute through ITunes, Amazon.com, Google Play Tidal , Spotify, Dre Beats.

Producer shall Retain 25% of mechanical royalty.

Client shall be paid 75 %  mechanical royalty.

 

 

Commercial Exclusive Ownership License 1- $4500

Client receives exclusive ownership.

Producer retains 15 % mechanical royalty.

Client owns 85% of Mechanical Royalty.

Client shall receive multi track masters of the commercial recording.

Client is the publisher.

 

 

Commercial Exclusive Ownership License 2 - $7500

Client receives exclusive ownership.

Client owns 100% of Mechanical Royalty.

Client shall receive multi track masters of the commercial recording.

Client is the publisher.
